Return & Refund Policy

At Voltty, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

  • You may cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at holmes@voltty.com before the withdrawal period has expired.

  • You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be subject to a reduction in refund value.

  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. helmets, protective gear once unsealed).

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at holmes@voltty.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  2. We will provide you with the return instructions and address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

  • Please note that depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or arrived defective.

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at holmes@voltty.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
